Scope:

Partial Automation System Migration

Objective:

An existing refrigeration control system required a partial upgrade to enable the deployment of proprietary analytic software.

Solution:

To meet the client’s budget constraints, we were able to utilize an existing CompactLogix processor and upgrade the Allen Bradley SLC IO racks to Ethernet while retaining the existing IO. We also provided PLC programming for new system functions such as condenser VFD control and electrical system pulse monitoring.

Results:

Our project managers ensured onsite support for the migration and assisted the client in establishing communications with the existing compressor microprocessors. This project was successfully completed on schedule and within the client’s budget.
