Scope:

Electronic reporting

Objective:

Overwhelmed with an expanding facility and increasing data load, a manufacturing plant specializing in blood glucose strip production wanted to eliminate hard copies and paperwork by implementing a batch record system with electronic reporting.

Solution:

We used the Camstar MES software to seamlessly integrate the shop floor equipment and controllers. This software also enabled live production information of the supply chain to be transmitted and accessed by operators via the Wonderware InTouch HMI.

Results:

This combination of equipment and software automized the reporting process and adhere to a schema, meeting the needs of the client.
